The Service of Remembrance for Mr. Marion Alvin Lee, 73, of Hernando, Fla., will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes with Chaplain Brian Baggs officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell with military honors afforded by the Herbert Surber American Legion Post #225, Floral City. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of memorial donations to HPH Hospice, 3545 N. Lecanto Hwy., Beverly Hills, FL 34465. He died July 21, 2013 in Lecanto. Mr. Lee was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He worked as a welder and moved to Hernando, from Dechard, Tenn., in 1994. Mr. Lee was a member of the Herbert Surber American Legion Post #225, Floral City. Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Campbell. Survivors include former wife and caregiver, Barbara Proctor; and her sons, Robert and Raymond; brother, Robert Lee; and his daughters, Sharron and Debbie; son, Aaron Eslick, daughter, Benita Harder, and three grandchildren.
