LEE Marilyn Ann passed away gracefully on October 16th, 2003 at the age of 61 years. Marilyn is survived by her loving family; husband of 40 years, Cal; three daughters, Robyn (Mark) Unwin, Tracey (Troy) Lorenson and Stephanie Lee; two granddaughters, Tanner and Reilly; sister Sharon (Byron) Turner; as well as many other family and friends. Predeceased by her parents, Alice and Bill Murby. Marilyn's contribution to the community was demonstrated in many ways: her involvement in Rotary and other service organizations, her political participation, and her passion for making a difference through her work in association management. In each of these Marilyn was more than a colleague, she was a friend. Marilyn affected those who knew her through her friendship, wisdom, compassion and most importantly her wonderful smile that could light up a room. We have all been touched by her love, and the world has lost a wonderful woman in her death. A memorial service will be held on Monday October 20, 2003 at 10:00 am at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria. In lieu of flowers, for those who desire, donations in memory of Marilyn may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation and VictoriaHospice.
