Marie-Lillian Jackson, born in 1924, spouse of Ed Jackson, mother of Lynne and Dab, died on July 5, 2008.
JACKSON, MARIE LILLIAN (LIL) NEE COUSINEAU_ Born Nov 30, 1924, Vancouver Died July 5, 2008, Regina Born into a large, loving family, Lil lost her parents in her youth and was nurtured into adulthood by her brothers and sisters. In 1951 she married Ed Jackson and came with him to Saskatchewan in 1953 where she devoted her life to making a home for their family. Predeceased by husband Ed, in 1982, and 12 siblings, she is survived by daughter Lynne, son Dab, grandchildren Patrick, Christopher, and Jennifer, her dear sister Irene, in-laws Doreen and Stan, Vivian and Allan, Delmar and Autumn, Hartley, Iris, and Pearl, dear friend Wilma Matheson, and numerous nieces and nephews. Remembered fondly for the sparkle in her eye and her love of a good laugh, she will be dearly missed by family, friends, Wal-mart and dollar stores city wide. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CNIB. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Cecilia Church, 5020 7th Ave, Friday July 11 at 11:00 am.
