BRIDGES, Marie Estelle Age 90, died peacefully at home on March 6, 2011. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Bridges in 2002. He was the love of her life and they were married in 1942. She was also preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Marilynn Lee in 2008; and her parents, Clay and Maxie Witcher Jones. She graduated from Central High School in 1938, was a member of Grace Baptist Church since 1947, and a member of the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class. She is survived by her son-in-law, Randall Lee of Waynesboro, VA; nieces, Evelyn Harris, Nancy Dickerson and Jeanette Basham; several nieces and nephews and her special friend, Sandra Gregory. Graveside service will be 2:30 Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in Woodlawn Memorial Park, with Bro. Andre Dugger officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice.
