Marie Clanzy Jackson, 72, of Fort Walton Beach, died on Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Marie was a humble person, loved by many. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Willie James Jackson, Sr. She is survived by daughter, Mavis M. Jackson of Marietta, Ga.; son, Willie J. Jackson, Jr. of York, Pa.; son, Al B. Jackson of Fort Walton Beach; and daughter, Jane Y. Jackson of Newark, N.J. Visitation will be held Monday, May 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 102 SE Fourth Street, Fort Walton Beach, Fla., 32548. Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. at the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow at the Beal Cemetery in Fort Walton Beach.
