JACKSON, Marianne - At the age of 75, Marianne passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by her daughter Carol Virtanen, son- in-law Peter Virtanen and her grandchildren Heidi and Kalle Virtanen, as well as her son Andy Huckschlag and daughter-in-law Lynn Antoine. The family would like to thank Dr. Helen Pyle and her wonderful team of palliative care professionals who made her final days at home as comfortable as possible. A Celebration of Life will take place Monday, August 18th at Cucci Ristorante, Oakville, from 12:00-2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ian Anderson House in honour of Marianne would be appreciated.
