She was born July 10, 1922, in Lansing, Michigan to Guy and Mabel Hogle. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, William T. Miller, of Springfield, MO; one sister, Betty Cooper of Lansing, MI; daughters Gail Long of Sacramento, CA; Jean (Fields) Barnett of Bath, MI; June Imhoff of Haslett, MI; Pam (David) Roy of Springfield, MO; 24 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and 22 great-great grandchildren; six step children, Susan (David) Harris of Dayton, TN; Stephen (Susan) Miller of Denton, TX; Dan Miller of Midland, TX; Donald Miller of Springfield, MO; Paul (Lee) Miller of Austin, TX; Cliff Miller of Austin, TX; 9 step-grandchildren; and 4 step-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers, 3 sisters, her husband of 25 years, Gaylord W. Foote, her son, Roger J. Foote, and son-in-law Richard D. Imhoff.Marian graduated from Okemos, MI Consolidated School in 1940. She moved to Springfield, MO in 1968 to attend Baptist Bible College and graduated from the Missions Program in 1971. She was a member of Cherry Street Baptist Church since 1968 where she taught a Sunday School Class of 2nd Grade girls until she was 80 years old. She loved the Lord and her family with all her heart.Visitation will be held Sunday, January 20, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. at Greenlawn East, Springfield, MO. Services will be held Monday, January 21, 2013 at 2 p.m. in the Cherry St. Baptist Church, 1201 S. Oak Grove, Springfield, MO. Michigan Services and internment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 in Bath, MI.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Marian's name can be made to support the Missions Programs at Cherry Street Baptist Church.
