Marguerite E. King of Westwood, MA and Port Orange, FL passed away quietly on May 1, 2009 after fighting a valiant battle with Cancer. She was surrounded by her family who fortunately had the opportunity to say their quiet goodbyes. Marguerite, known to family and friends as Meg is survived by her loving husband, Robert (Bob); daughter, Susan and son, Scott, both from the Boston area; daughter, Jeanne of Port Orange; and sons, Mark and Steven. A loving daughter-in-law, Shawn Michele King; and four beautiful grandchildren also survive her. Surviving also is her sister, Anne Cloutier; brother, Robert Cloutier and his wife, Jan; brother, Paul Cloutier and his wife, Patricia, all from Port Orange, FL; and sister-in-law, Nancy Cloutier of Laconia, NH. She will be missed by the great number of devoted family and friends that she has touched through the years. Marguerite will be waked from the Shannon Maloney Funeral Home, 4084 Halifax Drive, Port Orange, Florida 32127 (383-760-9660) today (May 3) from 6-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Hope, Clyde Morris Blvd., Port Orange on May 4 at 8:30 AM. Memorial contributions in her memory are suggested to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.
