The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Nelson Hollow Cemetery.Mrs. James, who died Friday, November 18, 2011, at Huntsville Hospital, was born March 16, 1939, in Lawrence County to Wallace T. Sapp and Dola Minor Sapp. She was a 20-year member of The Salvation Army. Her husband, Herman James, preceded her in death.She is survived by five daughters, Diane Nelms (Larry) of Decatur, Joyce Leach (Gary) of Hillsboro, Brooke Smith of Decatur, Christine Braswell and Brittany James, both of Hillsboro; brother, Jimmy Wilhoite of Trinity; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.Pallbearers will be family and friends.Guestbook available at www.sheltonfuneralhome.net
