AUGUSTA, Ga.- Mrs. Margie Belle Twiggs Brown of Augusta, beloved wife of the late Mr. William Milton Brown, Sr. entered into rest on Friday, February 6, 2004 at Kentwood Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. J. Andrew Menger officiating. A native of Macon, Mrs. Brown was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Marian Brown Wilson of Waynesboro; two sons, George Twiggs Brown of San Jose, Calif. and William Milton Brown Jr., of Chelmsford, Mass.; two sisters, Jeane Walker Baggs of Augusta and Carolyn Twiggs Fox of Winston Salem, N.C.; two brothers, Hugh McLean Walker Jr., of North Augusta and Howard T. Twiggs of Raleigh, N.C.; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
