Valhermoso Springs<!--Valhermoso Springs-->Funeral for Margaret Williams Henderson, 82, of Valhermoso Springs will be Sunday, October 25, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Talucah Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Ralph Snowden officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home. Mrs. Henderson, who died Thursday, October 22, 2009, at her nephew's residence, was born November 5, 1926, in Morgan County to Otis Williams and Ilda Brown Williams. She was a lifetime member of Talucah Presbyterian Church. Margaret was a kind and generous friend to those who were in need. She also took gentle care of any hungry, injured or homeless animal she happened to find. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Audrey Henderson; and son, Dwight Henderson. She is survived by her beloved and devoted family, Greg, Connie and Zack Henderson; and a loving and dedicated special cousin, Bobby W. Chunn. Pallbearers will be Randy Lang, Lawrence Spurlin, Gilbert Dunaway, Lonnie Turney, Zack Henderson and Jimmy Kent. Memorials may be made to The Presbyterian Children's Home.
