Mrs. Margaret White - SAVANNAH - Margaret Baisden White, passed away quietly at home, on Sunday, July 1, 2007. She is a native of Savannah and was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Mr. Rufus White. She was an active member of Little Bryan Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as Sunday School Secretary, a Church Trustee and a member of the Building Fund and the Pastor's Aide Circle. In addition, she was a member of the International Long Shoremen's Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her four daughters, Patricia Furman (Lee), Christine White, Teresa White, all of Savannah, and Yvonne Clark (Rodney) of Dix Hills, NY; two sister-in-laws, Norma Dean Jordan of Bronx, NY and Shirley Winston of Lanette, AL; one brother -in-law, Ralph Grant (Yvonne) of Savannah; three grandchildren, Nicole Cone (Darryl), of Conyers, GA, Michelle Clark, of Ridgewood, NJ, and Kevin Furman of Savannah, GA; one great grandson, Kevin Furman Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
