Obituary of Margaret-T. Johnson


Margaret T. Johnson Macon, GA- Margaret T. Johnson, 93, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Pine Pointe Hospice Facility. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Marchman officiating. The family will meet friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Georgia Chapter, 1117 Perimeter Center West, E-101, Atlanta, GA 30338 or Pine Pointe Hospice, 6261 Peake Road, Macon, GA. Mrs. Johnson, wife of the late Silas O. Johnson, was born in Vidalia daughter of the late Elisha and Mattie W. Taylor. She was a graduate of Vidalia High School and attended Georgia-Alabama Business College, Macon. Mrs. Johnson was a devoted homemaker and was a member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Lynn Johnson; her son, Chris (Lisa) Johnson; her beloved grandchildren, Kristina, Thomas and Nicholas Johnson; her sister-in-law, Lunita Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
