AUGUSTA, Ga.- Entered into rest Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital, Margaret Smith Williams, wife of the late Bernon Williams. A native of Coffee County, Ga., and had lived in Augusta most of her life. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a member of Curtis Baptist church where she taught Sunday School. Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 8, 2004 at 12:30 p.m., at Westover Memorial Park with the Rev. C.W. Edwards, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends at Thomas Poteet & Son, 214 Davis Road Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service. Family members include a son, Byron Williams of Augusta, a daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Jerry McCulley of Augusta, one step-granddaughter, Lisa Graham of Summerville, S.C. and a sister, Vina Howell of Blackshear, Ga.
