COHOES Margaret P. (Cummings) Keeler, 71, of Cohoes, died Thursday, November 20, 2003 after a long illness. Peggy was born in Green Island and raised in Watervliet. Educated at Catholic Central High School, Class of 1950, Peggy was the daughter of the late Terrence and Ursula O'Brien Cummings. Peggy was a devout Catholic and enjoyed dancing, reading and spending quiet time with family and friends. She was a secretary at the Watervliet Arsenal where she met her husband. She was the wife of the late William J. Keeler. Mother of William T. Keeler and his wife Nancy of Cohoes, Brian Keeler and his wife Lee Ann of Needham, Mass., Kevin Keeler and his wife Beata of Melrose and Karen Kruszeski and her husband Kenneth of Latham. Sister of Terrence Cummings Jr. of Averill Park and the late Anne M. Brough; grandmother of Carolyn, AnnMarie, William and Megan Keeler of Cohoes, Andrew Keeler and Cassandra Wood of Mass., Shawn Keeler of Melrose and Kenneth Jr. and Keith Kruszeski of Latham; also survived by nieces, nephews. Funeral Monday 8:30 a.m. from the Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes and 9:00 a.m. at St. Bernard's Church, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, N.Y.
