Obituary of Margaret-Murphy Carter

Of 79th St., at her residence, March 24, 2002, wife of Harry S. Carter; mother of Susan Calafatis of this city; grandmother of Elizabeth Beaty of this city; great-grandmother of Brendan, Kaitlin and Gavin Lindahl; sister of Thomas Brown; stepmother of Deborah Kervin, Nancy Schear and Diane Myers; also survived by ten step-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; she was the wife of the late Edward J. Murphy; mother of the late Catherine 'Kitty' Murphy; sister of the late Mary Beazley, Charles, John and Edward Brown and grandmother of the late Edward Neyerlin. A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, April 1 at 4 PM in St. John de LaSalle R.C. Church, 8469 Buffalo Ave. Memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport.
