CARTER, Margaret Marie, 86, of Sebring, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at Kenilworth Care and Rehabilitation in Sebring. She was born August 25, 1919, in Bryson City, N.C. She moved here in 2001 from Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Mrs. Carter was an owner/operator of a motel. She is survived by her sister, Christine S. O'Connor of Avon Park.
