CARTER, Margaret Lillian - Peacefully passed away at Mackenzie Health, Richmond Hill, Ontario on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 in her 86th year. Margaret, beloved wife of the late Arthur Alfred Carter. Loving mother of Brian and his wife Kim, Deborah and her husband Kelly. Dear Grandma of Melissa (Chris), Kyle (Leigh Ann), Carlyng (Andrew) and Jesse. Dear sister of Bruce (Heather). Predeceased by her brother Bill (Mary).
