She was born in New Haven, CT on January 31, 1919 and lived there until her marriage. Her parents were Dr. Samuel H. Braude M.D. and Mrs. Marion Lewis Braude. She had a brother Colonel Lincoln H. Braude who was a pilot in World War II. Her father died in World War I.She was married to Donald C. Anderson of Waukegan, IL and he was with United States Steel Corporation and they had many transfers around the country. They have one son, Harry L. Anderson and a daughter-in-law, Charlotte Anderson, who lives in Gallatin, TN; granddaughter, Haley Anderson who lives in Hermitage, TN.There will be a memorial service at 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev. John A. Hinkle Jr. She will be buried in South Carolina with her husband at River Hills Community Church Cemetery.She was a member of the PEO Sisterhood since 1966 and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Murfreesboro.
