BATESBURG, S.C. - Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret L. Williams will be 1 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2003, at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Ken Weathers and Rev. Larry Patterson officiating. Interment will be in Ridge Spring Cemetery, Ridge Spring. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday at Cumbee Funeral Home, Ridge Spring. Friends may also call at the residence, 3985 Wire Road, Batesburg. Mrs. Williams died early Saturday morning at her residence. Mrs. Williams was born in Darlington County on May 27, 1935. She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Lucille Taylor Bryant. She was the widow of Ansel K. Williams. Mrs. Williams was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was formerly employed by Rice Mills. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. J.C. Jones (Betty Jean), Batesburg, Mrs. Calvin Derrick (Joyce), Johnston, Mrs. Pierre Richardson (Jackie), Leesville, Mrs. Randall Fallaw (Cathey), Batesburg; one sister, Mrs. Clara Louise Brigham, Chapin; one brother, Charlie Bryant, North Carolina; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Morgan Deloach. Pallbearers will be Calvin Holsenback, Paul Gunter, Marvin Gantt, Tommy Clark, Roger Kneece and Ray Rodgers. Memorials may be made to Hulon Baptist Church Childrens Fund, Batesburg, S.C. or to Philipi Baptist Church, Johnston, S.C. Cumbee Funeral Home of Ridge Spring in charge.
