Margaret Keller of Haverstraw, formerly from New York City, died Tuesday, July 8, 2003 at Northern Riverview Nursing Home. She was 83. Margaret was born May 16, 1919 in Manhattan to Thomas and Eileen (McGowan) McAlevey. Margaret was a nanny working in Manhattan for many years until her retirement. Margaret is survived by her sons, Thomas and his wife, Marguerite of Garnerville; Kevin and his wife, Candace of South Fallsburg, NY; grandson, Kevin and granddaughter, Amanda. She is also survived by her sister, May Dwyer of New Rochelle and many nieces and nephews. Margaret is predeceased by her husband, Francis in 1979; brother, Charles and sister, Genevieve. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, GARNERVILLE. Margaret's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:15 am in St. Gregory Barbarigo Church. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. T.J.
