KELLY, Margaret (nee Mester) - On Thursday, September 25, 2014, after courageously battling gallbladder and liver cancer, Margaret Kelly succumbed to her illness one week after her 88th birthday. She was surrounded by her family during the course of her illness. Margaret, loving wife to the late Judge Joseph Patrick Kelly, beloved mother of John (Lynore), Tom (Helen), Dan (Leslie) and Mary (Pietro). Loving grandmother of Alex, Aidan, Emma, Benjamin, Sophie, Spencer, Charlotte, Joseph, Matthew and Michael. Dear sister to Helen, Betty and the late Barbara and Les. She grew up in Welland and London, ON. In her youth, she was a member of the Catholic League, the Catholic Women's League, as well a sharp businesswoman. She was a talented artist, an avid bridge player and gardener. She adored her family and will be greatly missed.
