MARTINEZ, Ga. - Margaret Jane (Peggy) Beal, 78, died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in Augusta, Georgia. Daughter of the late John and Blanche Doyle, she was born in Canonsburg, PA on April 2, 1931. In addition to her loving husband of 60 years, Dale C. Beal, she is survived by her three sons, Boyd and wife Ann, Dale and Jeff; two daughters, Emmy and husband Dave and Blanche (Mimi); daughter-in-law, Connie Beal; two sisters, Jackie Booth and Diane Swapp; eight grand children; and three great grand children. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas. Peggy was an avid bridge and bingo player. At Peggy's request her body was donated to the Medical College of Georgia. A private family service is being held.
