JACKSON, Margaret Orillia (nee Leavell) Born on April 17, 1927 in Calgary, Alberta. Passed away peacefully with her family at her side, to join her parents on Friday, September 18, 2009. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she taught us all the joy of life and family. She leaves behind her husband of sixty-six loving years, William Charles (Bill); her daughters Margie (Ed Grosser), of Ottawa, Ontario, Barb (John McCallum), of Edmonton, Alberta; her nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; her brother Jim Leavell of Vancouver, B.C. and many loving extended family members. Friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway) on Wednesday, September 23rd from 6 - 8 p.m. and Thursday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. until Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
