Margaret Farrer (Johnson) 1923 - 2007 Passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, May 4th, 2007 at the age of 85 years. Loving wife of 66 years to Hiram Farrer of Second North River. Born in St. Stephen's (Lawrence Station), NB, Margaret was the daughter of the late Lewis and Lucy (Jordan) Johnson. Margaret and Hiram enjoyed many outdoors activities together including, Fishing, Hunting, Snowmobiling and Atving up until nine months ago. She also loved animals, enjoyed feeding them around their home. A very kind and loving person. She would remind all who knew her that it was important to "Count your Blessings". She enjoyed going to church on Sundays. She retired from the Federal Government having worked 28 years with the Unemployment Insurance Dept. Margaret was last member off her immediate family. Margaret is survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Georgie MacDonald; brothers, Wallace Johnson, Richard Johnson and Albert Johnson. Visitation will be held from Fair Haven Funeral Home on Monday, May 7th, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Danny Compton officiating, burial will follow at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. The family would appreciate donations to the donor's choice.
