AUGUSTA, Ga. - Margaret J. Neal, of Birmingham, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2003 at University Hospital. A native of Birmingham, Ala., she had resided in the Augusta area since 1990. Mrs. Neal had worked as a Registered Physical Therapist with the Alabama State Crippled Childrens Service as well as working in several clinics in the Gadsden, AL area for 38 years; before her retirement. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Augusta. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Nan Summers, who passed away in September of 2003. She is survived by a sister, Mary Ann Dunn, Atlanta; grandchildren, Margaret Wendy Kemp and her husband, Randy, Martinez, Daniel T. Summers, Jr., Donald DeWitt Summers, both of Evans, and four great- grandchildren, Aaron, Kyle, Jason and Brandon Kemp.
