Margaret I. Murphy ÉEssex, former Dracut resident; 97 ESSEX - Margaret I. (Small) Murphy, 97, a former Dracut resident and Lowell parishioner, died Monday, May 31, at her home in Essex. She was the wife of the late William H. Murphy. She was born in New Bedford on July 25, 1906, a daughter of the late Stephen P. and Mary E. (Farren) Small. While living in Dracut, Mrs. Murphy was a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Lowell. She later attended St. John the Baptist Church in Essex. She is survived by two nieces, Edith A. Burke of Essex and Margery Neal of Healdsburg, Calif.; and many grandnieces and grandnephews. She was also the sister of the late Mary, Edith, Florence and William.
