Margaret L. Harris, 82, died May 30, 2006, at Indian River Memorial Hospital in Vero Beach. She was born in Melbourne and lived in Indian River County since 1940. Survivors include her husband, Arthur J. Harris of Vero Beach; son, Arthur J. Harris Jr. of Oslo; daughter, Francis Williams of Bartow; sister, Vloneva Newman of Deerfield; 10 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. SERVICES: Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. June 2 at Hortense/Mills Memorial Funeral Home, Vero Beach. A service will be 3 p.m. June 3 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Gifford Cemetery.
