WILSON, Margaret Frances (Meg) - It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Meg, at Bella Senior Care Residence in Chippawa on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ian (2007), loving mother of Christopher (Brenda), Barb (Rick) Conners, four loving granddaughters Heather, Jill, Sarah and Rachel, sister of Nonie and Jean (England). Meg stayed at home with the children while Ian was in the Armed Forces for many years. She also worked part time as an independent salesperson in southern Ontario. She was a member of the St. Catharines General Hospital Auxiliary, was involved with the Altar Guild and was President of the ACW (Christ Church). At Meg's request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, June 13, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Church of the Transfiguration, 320 Glenridge Avenue. The family will receive friends at a reception in the Church Hall following the service. If desired donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
