GRACE, Margaret Florence (Peggy) Peacefully, and surrounded by family, at the Forest Hill Long Term Care Facility in Kanata, on Tuesday, December 11 2007. Daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Carter (nee Gillis) of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by husband Patrick, as well as by brothers Henry, Hugh, Bernard, Leo, and sister Christina. Peggy was the loved mother of Michael (Arleen), Robert (Leslie), Leo (Christine), and James (Shelley). Beloved Granny to Geoffrey, Riley, Lauren, Alec, and Evan. Peggy will always be remembered for her radiant smile, her heartfelt generosity and her wonderful zest for life. The family would like to extend our sincere appreciation for the extraordinary care Mom received at Forest Hill, and for the support the family received from the wonderful staff during her last few days.
