Margaret Eleanor Slack (née Murphy) January 29, 1941 - June 03, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Gordon F Tompkins Funeral Homes (Township Chapel) Strengthened by her strong faith in God, with her family by her side, Margaret died gracefully at home, on Friday, June 3, 2005. Margaret E. ( Murphy), beloved wife of Patrick for 39 years. Loved mother and friend of Kathryn ( Dr. Michael) Muise, Terri Slack and Paddi Slack (Ivanka Koulik). Cherished Nana of Avery and Ella. Dear sister of James (Rita) Murphy, Catherine Ann (Dr. George ) Merry, Mary Julia ( Edmund) Payne, Ambrose (Mary) Murphy and Joseph (Brenda) Murphy. Dearly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, the Slack Family, friends and Guinness. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F Tompkins, 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) on Sunday June 5, from 7-9 p.m. and Monday June 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Days Road, on Tuesday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. Rite of Committal with prayers in St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial donations to Kingston Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated. Relatives and friends are invited to sign the Book of Condolences at www.gftompkins-township.ca
