Margaret E. "Maggie" Hearell Sylvester, 85, died Sept. 10, 2008, at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Beech Grove, Ind., and lived in the Treasure Coast for 44 years, coming from Palm Beach County and Beech Grove. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Thomas Sylvester; daughter, Kathy Range of Jacksonville; son, Mark Sylvester of Stuart; brother, Frank Herrell of Fayetteville, N.C.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sons, Tom and Scott Sylvester; and five siblings. Memorial donations may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 S.E. Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997.
