BARNWELL, S.C. - Miss Margaret Elizabeth Anderson, 91, formerly of Dunbarton, S.C., passed away Monday, February 9, 2009. Miss Margaret was born on February 14, 1917 in Dunbarton S.C. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Seabrook and Leonora Cave Anderson. She retired after 57 years of service as office manager for the F.H. Dicks Company. She served as a volunteer with the Barnwell County Chapter of the American Red Cross for a number of years. She served as secretary and treasurer of the Dunbarton Reunion for fifty years and was a member of the Barnwell First Baptist Church. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Barnwell County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mark Watford officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Mole Funeral Home. Survivors include one brother, Carl S. Anderson, Sr. of Snelling, S.C.; a niece, Teena (Ronnie) Renew of Williston, S.C.; nephews, Carl S. 'Brookie' (Glynn) Anderson, Jr. of Snelling, Earl (Beth) Anderson of Williston, S.C., and Norman Anderson of Snelling, S.C.; and special friends, Hamilton and Linda Dicks of Barnwell, S.C.
