She was a Florida resident since 1961, coming from New York, and a local business owner for 18 years. Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Joseph R. Davis. She is survived by her sons, Michael Macaluso and William Hurtak; daughters, Christine Macaluso (Thomas) and Jessica Hurtak; grandson, Benjamin Thurston; mother, Violet Beasley; and brothers, Dennis Davis and Joseph Davis. Margaret was a very selfless and devoted mother, daughter and grandmother, who loved her children. She will be eternally missed. A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Stowers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
