CARTER, Margaret Doyle, 36, died Thursday, October 23, 2003. Survived by her husband, E. Carlton Carter; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Carter; two sons, Edward Carlton Carter, Jr. and John Doyle Carter; her parents, Dan and Roz Doyle; a brother, Dan Doyle, Jr. and wife Nicole; a nephew, Dan Doyle, III; a niece, Madeline Doyle; her father and mother-in-law Jerry and Marjorie Newman; and two brothers-in-law, Chris and Cary Carter. Mrs. Carter was a graduate of Clearwater Central High School, a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Tampa, and had been active with several civic organizations and charities including UPARC, PALS, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium. The Funeral Mass will be said at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 27, 2003 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 821 South Dale Mabry, Tampa, with Interment to follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, Clearwater. The family will receive friends this evening (Sunday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 South MacDill Avenue, Tampa.
