Margaret Smith Brown, 51, of 29022 Windjammer Drive, Tega Cay, SC, died Friday, Dec. 31, 2004, at the home of her parents.Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of Wayman Augustus and Lena Fulmer Smith of Greenville.Ms. Brown was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School, North Greenville College, and Medical College of Georgia. She was retired from Mercy Hospital in Charlotte, N.C.She was reared in First Baptist Church, Greenville, and was a member of First Baptist Church, Fort Mill.Surviving in addition to her parents are a daughter, Shannon Marie Brown of Charlotte, N.C.; a son, Shawn Michael Brown of Charlotte, N.C.; three sisters, Esther Elizabeth Smith of Greer, Sara S. (Bill) Haney of Tega Cay, and Lena Lorraine S. Cash of Taylors.Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 3, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Visitation will be held prior to the services from noon to 1:15 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.The family will be the home of her parents, 2700 Edwards Road, Greenville.
