BROWN, Margaret Rose (nee Ellis) Beloved wife of William Anderson Brown, our beautiful Mom, Grandma, and loving Sister, born April 14th, 1932, Margaret Rose passed away Sunday morning, December 2nd, 2007. Margaret will be dearly missed by her husband, Bill Brown of Sooke; her son Wm. Peter Brown of Victoria; her daughter Rosalind Ann Wilson (predeceased by her son-in-law Al Byam) of Lake Cowichan; her daughter Cynthia Margaret Grahame and son-in-law Roland Grahame of Richmond/Kelowna/Sooke; her grandchildren Jeremy Grant Wilson and Amber Rose Wilson of Lake Cowichan; and by her sister Joyce Bennie of Campbell River; her sister Jess Mawhinney of Abbotsford; her brother David Ellis of Victoria; many nieces and nephews; her close friends Joan and Bert LaCroix; and the many Home Support workers she befriended; as well as by the animals," and the birds she fed each day. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday December 19th at 1:00pm, at the St. John the Baptist" Heritage Church, with afternoon tea to follow in the Emery Family Hall, Glen Cairn Lane. The Church is located adjacent to Hatley Memorial Gardens, 2050 Sooke Road, Colwood, BC. Flowers welcomed; Donations in memory may be made to Margaret's favourite charities: the Garth Homer Society, or the Salvation Army. 431908
