FAIRFAX, S.C. - Margaret Blake Carter, 74, of Fairfax, S.C., died Saturday, May 1, 2010, at Allendale County Hospital, Fairfax. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at St. Phillip Baptist Church, Fairfax. Interment will follow in the Barton Cemetery, Fairfax. M.F. Riley Funeral Home, Fairfax, in charge of arrangements.
