Margaret Ann Worthington Hall, 79, of Lebanon, died Oct. 14, at Quality Care Health Nursing Center.She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Anna Foster.She is survived by her daughters, Vickie, Holly, and Karen; son, Howard Jr.Graveside services were Oct. 15, at East Fork Cemetery in Oak Ridge.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
