Margaret Alice Stewart, 98, died Sept. 18, 2005, in Tampa. She was born in Preston, England, and lived in Stuart since 1966, coming from Detroit. She was active in the Stuart Woman's Club and St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Stuart. Survivors include a sister, Anne Cooper of Vero Beach; brother, Roy Holding of Stuart; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stewart; and sons, George Owers and James Stewart. SERVICES: A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 1 at St. Mary's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Jonathan Coffey officiating.
