ANDERSON, Margaret (nee Montgomery) - Passed away peacefully at Port Hope Community Nursing Home in her 91st year on October 27, 2009. Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on September 20, 1919. Margaret was a member of the People's Church Toronto for over 50 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Stanley and her son Jim. Loved and cherished by her niece Margaret. Margaret was also predeceased by her brothers John, William, Tommy, Joe, Robert and her sister Bell. She will be sadly missed by her sisters Edith and Sadie, cousin Kathleen and her many nephews and nieces. Thank you to all the staff at Port Hope Community Nursing Home for their loving care. Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles) on Friday, October 30 from 1-2 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
