Marcel Antonio Godin January 23, 1947 - July 08, 2004 On Thursday July 8, 2004, Marcel Godin, from Elie, Manitoba, died at the age of 57 years at the Grace Hospital. He leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife, Jocelyne (Bernardin), his children Raymond (Micheline St-Hilaire), Remi (Sheila Farago), and Lee, his grandchildren Mackenzie, Mercedes and Alec, his father-in-law, Marcel Bernardin (Margaret), his sisters, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Anita (Alain Duclos), Lorraine (Les Kovalik), Jocelyne (Alain Rivard), and Elaine Pregizer, Marcella Beaudin, Colette (Clarence Beaudin), Elaine Bernardin, Dianne (Gerald Senecal). He was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Therese (Piche), and his brother Lionel. Marcel was born on January 23, 1947 and lived in St-Eustache. He made Elie his home where he lived and worked for 40 years surrounded by numerous family and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at the Blessed Sacrament Parish in Elie, Manitoba, on Thursday July 15, 2004 at 2 p.m. with Father Albert Lafreniere, officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
