Mae Chester Johnson CHATTAHOOCHEE- Mae Chester Johnson, 79, a homemaker, died Friday, July 25, 2003, in Tallahassee. She is survived by her husband, W.B. Johnson. The service will be at 10 a.m. EDT Tuesday at Bethel Assembly of God Church in Pine Grove Community, with burial at the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT Monday at the church.Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Assembly of God Church, 1882 Pine Grove Church Road, Quincy, FL 32351. McClellan Funeral Home in Quincy (627-1111) is handling arrangements. A lifelong resident of Gadsden County, she was a former resident of Sycamore Community. She was a member of Bethel Assembly of God. Other survivors include a daughter, Renee Johnson Miller (and husband Greg) of Chattahoochee; a twin brother, Willis Chester (and wife Katie) of Quincy; two granddaughters, Kaitlyn Miller and Kristen Miller, both of Chattahoochee; two brothers-in-law, Marvin Johnson of Gulf Breeze and Roy Johnson of Sun Lake, Ariz.; and two sisters-in-law, the Rev. Virginia Lemieux Shepard of Greensboro and Linda Johnson Burnett of Rockledge.She was preceded in death by her parents, Abe and Mae Belle Boykin Chester.
