Mae Anna Jones, 75, widow of John Dennis Jones, of 1701 Lyndon Ave., died Monday, June 11, 2001, at Hospice of the Upstate. Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Evy Blackwell Williams. Member: Ebenezer Baptist Church. Survivors: daughters, Joann Cowan of the home and Patricia Martin of Anderson; a stepdaughter, Johnnie Reynolds of Cincinnati, Ohio; a brother, Javan Williams of Anderson; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Predeceased: a sister, Lillie Bell Thompson; and a brother, James Thompson. Service: 2 p.m. Sunday at The Unity Mortuary, Anderson. Burial: Anderson Memorial Gardens.
