WATERFORD >> Madison Jeanne Moore, 12, was called home by God Friday, Jan. 3, 2014. Madison has resided in Waterford for her entire life. She resided with her mother, Laura Bartnick, and her fiancé, Timothy Plumley; and her loving brother, Ty Plumley. She attended school at the Center for the Disabled in Albany.Madison enjoyed her walks outside in New Hampshire, feeling the summer and ocean breeze on her face as well as listening and talking with the birds. Most of all, Madison loved spending time with her mother, Laura, Tim, brother Ty and her devoted maternal grandparents, Jeanne and Robert Bartnick. She is also survived by her father, Christopher G. Moore of Wilton; her paternal grandmother, Patricia Seney of North Greenbush; brother, Gavin Michael Moore of Wilton; godmother, Jessica (Matt); and Uncle Oompa; as well as several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad Street (Route. 32), Waterford and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Waterford. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery in Waterford.Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014.Those who wish may make contributions to the Kevin G.
