TUSCALOOSA Madalyn Ruth Moore, age 60, of Tuscaloosa, died Jan. 20, 2007 at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Covenant Family Church with Pastor Brad Russell officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing.Her mother, Huberta Wells, preceded her in death.Survivors include her husband, Michael J. Moore; daughters, Jessica, Michelle and Monica; son, Matthew; brother, Bill Wells, Jr.; father, Bill Wells, Sr.; and 10 grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama, 3851 Loop Rd., Tuscaloosa, AL 35405.
