GLENVIEW, Ill. -- Mildred C. Anderson, 84, died June 8 in Glenview, Ill. She died of congestive heart failure and spent the last 2 1/2 years at Glenview Terrace Nursing Center in Illinois, where she was lovingly cared for. She lived in Fitchburg from her teenage years until August 2003, when she suffered a stroke while visiting her youngest daughter, Barbara Anderson, and her family in Glenview. She was the loving Mother of David C. Anderson of Fitchburg, Donna C. Anderson of Tucson, Ariz., Robert P. Anderson of Alpharetta, Ga., and Barbara L. Anderson of Glenview. Her husband, Arthur H. Anderson, and son, Arthur H. Anderson Jr., predeceased her. She also leaves six loving grandchildren, Alexandra, Nicholas and Zachary Anderson of Alpharetta, Ga., Alison and Rachel Witt of Glenview and Chloe Cardone of Tucson. The children of Mildred Anderson will plan a memorial service in Fitchburg this summer to celebrate the life of their mother.
