AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest, January 5, 2014, Mary Monteen Cook Hooper, 90, loving wife of the late Charles Raymond Hooper. Mary was the daughter of the late Joseph T. Cook and Flossie M. Hogan Cook. Family members include daughters, Penelope Hooper, Marsha Deaton, RaNell Baggett, and Becky Scott (Jack), of Rockwall, TX; sister, Carolyn Overstreet, of Kennesaw, GA; grandchildren, James Baggett, Jonathan Baggett, Keelie Kitchens, Jessica Scott Pisano (Mario), of Chicago, IL, and Jeffrey Scott, of SLC, Utah; and great grandchildren, Karly Drew and Spencer Kitchens. Mary is preceded in death by her brother, Radford Cook. She was a homemaker and active member of Mann Memorial United Methodist Church. Her final days, she resided at Westwood Nursing Home.
