NAUGHTON, MARY AGNES, age 88, the widow of Thomas J. Naughton of Fairfield, CT died on Monday, September 1, 2003 in Cambridge Manor. Born in Middletown, CT, she was a longtime Hamden, CT resident. She lived in Winter Springs, FL for 12 years prior to moving to Fairfield in 1995. Prior to her retirement she was a secretary with Walgren Tree Company in Hamden. She is survived by her three devoted children: one daughter; Mary Vadas and her husband, George of Fairfield; two sons, Thomas Naughton and his wife, Margaret and William Naughton and his wife, Allison all of FL; her grandchildren, James T., Paul W. and Peter J. Vadas, all of Fairfield; Susan Stater, Thomas M., Matthew C., and Laura Naughton all of FL; two great- grandchildren, Mackenzie Naughton of Fl and Olivia Vadas of Fairfield and one brother, William C. Barren and his wife, Rosemary of Hamden. She was predeceased by her sister, Marge Barrett and three brothers, John, Joseph and Thomas Barren Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be held on Monday, September 8, 2003 at 10:30AM at St. Ann's Church, Bridgeport. Interment will be private. Friends may call at the SHUAGHNESSEY FUNERAL HOME, 50 Reef Road, Fairfield on Sunday from 2-4PM.
