Obituary of Marjorie Carter

AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest January 2, 2006, at the University Hospital, Mrs. Marjorie Carter of Fitten St. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 5, 2006, at 1 p.m., from Paine College Gilbert-Lambuth Chapel, Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Irvin officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the chapel from 11:30 a.m. until the hour of the services and will not be viewed after the eulogy. The funeral processional will leave the residence at 12:30 p.m. The Historic Dent's Undertaking Establishment serving the CSRA since the 1800's.
